This website is provided through OpenAI Sites and delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. Technically necessary data may be processed when it is accessed, including IP address, date and time, requested page, data volume, browser, operating system and referrer URL.

Processing is necessary for secure and reliable delivery. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical logs are retained only for as long as required for operation, security and error analysis.

3. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, your details are stored to process the request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication and otherwise Article 6(1)(f). Data is deleted when no longer required unless statutory retention duties apply.

4. External links

The website contains links to external music, video, book, press and social platforms. Their content is not embedded. A connection is established only after you select a link; the provider’s privacy policy then applies.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website uses no proprietary analytics or advertising services and sets no non-essential cookies. Cloudflare may set the technically necessary security cookie “__cf_bm” to identify automated and malicious requests. It is not used to track visitors across websites and expires after about 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. If cookie use changes, this policy will be updated and any required consent obtained beforehand.

6. Recipients and international transfers

Technical data may be processed by providers used for hosting and security. Processing outside the European Economic Area, where applicable, is based on a lawful GDPR mechanism and appropriate safeguards.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may complain to a data protection authority. In North Rhine-Westphalia the competent authority is LDI NRW: www.ldi.nrw.de.
